How can I order without Personalization?
After selecting the product and design, in the "Name to be Embroidered" box, please enter NO or NONE.
Can you embroider a picture that I send?
Absolutely! Please contact us through Whatsapp and we can guide you on ordering a custom design embroidery.
How can I return an item?
Items that have been personalized cannot be returned. But for any problems or mistakes, do contact us for resolving the same.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Yes, we will after receiving new stock.
When can I expect my order?
For all orders, embroidery is done only after the order is received. Hence each order may take 3-7 working days depending on the volume of embroidery required.
For Example, personalized towels may get shipped in a day or two, but Embroidered Tablecloth may take 4-6 days before shipping.
